Ralf Dahm has published

  • 3 books (plus one in preparation), including one with Nobel Laureate Christiane Nüsslein-Volhard for Oxford University Press
  • 11 book chapters, including a chapter for the Encyclopedia of Molecular Cell Biology and Molecular Medicine
  • over 35 scientific papers and review articles in international, peer-reviewed journals, including in major journals such as Nature, Nature Protocols, Development, Journal of Neuroscience and Current Biology
  • As a member of the Tübingen 2000 Screen Consortium, he is an author on 8 further publications in leading journals, such as Nature, Current Biology and Developmental Cell
  • 3 technical publications, including for Current Protocols in Neuroscience

In addition to scientific articles, he has published over 45 interdisciplinary and popular scientific articles (not including over 20 articles published as translations), for leading journals, such as

His popular scientific articles have been translated into over 20 different languages.

His scientific work was chosen for presentation at 25 international scientific conferences, e.g. in the USA, Japan, China, France, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, and the UK and he has been invited to give talks at scientific institutions in the UK, Japan, Sweden, The Netherlands, France and Germany. He has given over 45 popular scientific lectures in Germany, Austria, Italy and Romania.
